Church Street School Installation

In 2019, Jessica was tasked with coming up with an installation design element for the CCS Gala that was low cost, high impact and Mardis Gras themed.  Using a mylar tinsel to create bright layered swags all across the space and incorporating the work of artist Z Behl into the mix, Jessica created an unforgettable backdrop for the Gala which was repurposed for children to use as a material at the school in art projects.

In 2015/16, Jessica worked with Church Street School as a private consultant in immersive marketing and branding strategies.  Church Street School, a not-for-profit institution for 25 years now in Tribeca, is now surrounded by competitor schools targeting kids of the same age range.

The challenge was to put Church Street School forward in the community in a more competitive manner while maintaining their DIY family spun reputation.  Together, we developed small successful marketing ideas, starting with current students and families to make the school more visible within the community.  Additionally Jessica was an integral part of three fundraising events for the school, two family events and one gala which grossed more in donation, ticket sales and auction than any event in the history of the school. She was Co-Chair of The Event along with Harvey Keitel and Danielle Elder. This is an on-going consulting partnership.
