THE DEVIL YOU KNOW
Phantom Limb collaborated with Ping Chong & Company to develop an adaptation of The Devil and Daniel Webster through set, puppet and costume design as well as original music composition. Our set consisted of two houses that pivot around to reveal hidden interchangeable sets surrounded by a forest of paper cut out trees.

The marionettes and bunraku-style puppets, revolving stages, recorded dialogue, original music and multi-media projections all work together to create a homespun Tim Burton American Gothic world.”
